Dr. Eva Fortsas earned her BS degree from Northeastern Illinois University and her DDS degree from University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating with honors as well as membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon, one of the highest honors granted to graduating dental students.
Dr. Eva received several awards including Dr. Spence Award for superior Performance In Operative Dentistry Techniques, Dr. Kubacki Award for Superior Clinical Performance, Waterpik Technologies Prosthodontic Award.
Dr. Eva Fortsas is committed to continuing education and training.
She is an active member of AGD, ADA, CDS, ISDS and Greater Chicago Dental Academy.
